About

Hey, there! I'm Deborah, a writer/Christian/bookworm/film buff.
I'm also in fact pretty young. Just add 10 + 7 and you'll get my age. I live in Wales where legends of dragons and ancient crumbling castles are a big thing. (#FindYourEpic

As an INFP, I've wanted to write since I was a kid and even briefly lived in Cyprus for most of my late childhood. That adds to my hope of travelling in the near future. Which means one day I might find myself doing this:

When my inner instincts call to me....

My writing has so far been ranging from people surviving on islands down to adventurers fighting monsters from iconic legends and myths. More recently I'm now also a fan of not only fantasy, but science fiction (or anything with the Star Wars logo on the cover), YA and MG, along with superhero movies and hopefully comic books too.

I was inspired to write thanks to C.S. Lewis, Tolkien, Lewis Carroll and other classic and modern authors that I'd go on for hours!
And I check out the blogs of Hannah Heath, To Write And Not to Write, and Ink & Quills just to name a few in my free time.

I hope to help those in need with my blog every Wednesday, as well as to gain confidence in using my voice to begin knowing more as writer. So make yourself at home and...in a way, join the club! :)

    2. My cousin and aunt have visited Scotland and Ireland. I'm jealous, because they talk about cloudy weather, rain, and cool temperatures. Meanwhile, I'm sitting in the western US baking in 90 or 100 F (32-38 C) weather, complete with blazing sun and little rain or clouds. I'm looking forward to autumn and winter.

    3. That's understandable, although we are known to be the wettest countries in the world besides India, and I have to say that this hasn't been the best summer. Besides that, though, life is good! :)
